McDonnell Motors Covid-19 Update November 2, 2020
All the staff here at McDonnell Motors is wishing you the best of health and wellness during these difficult times. The health & safety of our staff and customers is always of the utmost importance and we are continuing to monitor and make necessary changes in a responsible manner.
SALES HOURS: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 5pm, Wednesday 9am – 7pm, Thursday 9am – 8pm, Friday 9am - 5pm & Saturday 9am – 3pm.
We have our sales staff on site Monday through Saturday to assist you with no appointment needed. They will also be available to assist you with online sales, remote sales/deliveries & will continue to practice physical distancing. Please wear a mask when you come into the dealership. We are disinfecting vehicles before & after test drives as well as providing test drives at home to those who need it.
PARTS & SERVICE: Monday – Wednesday 8am – 5pm, Thursday 8am – 8pm, Friday 8am – 5pm
Our Service Department procedures have also changed to better protect our staff and customers. We are still booking ‘by appointment’ and asking our customers to pick one of the following options:
1) In-Town Pick Up & Drop Off Service: We will sanitize your vehicle, complete your service & then re-sanitize when we drop off. Your invoice will be e-mail to you with option to make online payment. There will be a $20 charge added to your bill for this service.
2) Drop Off & Arrange for Pick Up: Drop your vehicle off at the Dealership. Leave your key in the envelope that we have provided into the drop box or with one of our Service Advisors. Please arrange to have so meone pick you up. You will be contacted when your service is completed.
3) Drop Off & Use Waiting Room: Drop your vehicle off and walk into the Service entrance. Leave the keys with one of our Service Advisors and use our waiting area. We have spread out the chairs, added partitions and ask that you please wear a mask. Our Service Advisor will let you know when your vehicle’s service is complete.
Our Service Department will be wearing new gloves with each vehicle and then will disinfect all interior/exterior ‘touch points’ with Lysol (or other disinfectant), i.e.: steering wheel, shifter, door handle, etc. and apply a seat, steering wheel & gear shifter covers. Once the Service work has been completed, we will ensure that the vehicle is disinfected again prior to being returned to you with your keys.
